I started meditating in my late 20’s. The practice continued for a decade. Then?! Yep, life happened!!! I went back to that special & sacred place a few years later. Getting up each morning @4:30 am. After -getting ready for my day. Next – pickup flowers and off to beach to great my “Source “. The Pacific Ocean. In gratitude I offered flowers. Beautiful, glorious-off to my office ready for client/patents or to deliver a seminar. Could life get any better ? ** Met Prem Rowatt., Maharji. **
Life changed, as it should. Oh no ! I was not prepared for this. A foreign state. I MEAN FOREIGN. (It’s complicated ). An Unremitting diseases. My ID, place I stood in life —-I will stop. I’m walking in your head with my dirty feet.
Bottom line. Meditating in the morning is troubling. I fall asleep. Yes enough sleep etc. later in day is great also. By then thought I’ve alreafy gotten lost. , BTW: I agree. AM practice is/was the most important for a fully rounded life, successful in life.
Why am I telling you this? I don’t know.
Thank you for your work in bringing all that’s out there into focus. You’ve given a step by step way to succeed. That is instamental for someone like me. I have lost the “wiring “ to walk a straight line.
